Returns
Unopened, unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please contact us at info@nagayu.com with your order number to start a return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
Non-returnable items
Opened CO2 tablets and consumable items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless defective.
